Beet Carrot Raisin Salad
Refreshing, quick, raw salad with only four ingredients is a healthy sweet snack or satisfying side.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups grated carrots
2 cups grated beets
1 cup raisins
1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
Combine everything in a large bowl and mix. Let sit for at least two hours before serving.
All measurements are approximate and vary according to your tastes. Keeps well and gets better with age.
